RETURNS

If you have purchased a Fōwling™ product from an authorized dealer in the USA and would like to return the item it should be returned where the item was originally purchased and the transaction occurred. 

For return of purchases made directly at playfowling.com for your own private use as a consumer you may return the product within ninety (90) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery provided you correctly follow the instructions on the return form provided with your shipment.

Once we have received and validated your returned items, we will confirm it to you by e-mail. A refund will be processed by and issued to your original method of payment.

PROCESS FOR STANDARD RETURN SHIPPING

Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You can reach us at 800.467.1421.

Pack items in original packaging and include Return Authorization Number on the package. UPS is our preferred carrier, however, if you choose another carrier, please provide insurance and tracking information.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip and include the order number from the original order in the address.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please keep the tracking information of your return to monitor delivery status.

Typical return processing takes 30 days. Once your return has been received and has passed inspection, we will issue the credit. You will be notified you via email once your return is processed and the credit has been issued.
